FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We appreciate that we are requesting RSVP's early, and understand that an overseas wedding is a big commitment. In order for us to plan accordingly we would appreciate all RSVP's by 31/10/2025. If you do not RSVP in this time, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love to host everyone's little ones, we are unfortunately unable to due to the venue guest restrictions (with the exception of close friends and immediate family). We would love for you to take the opportunity to let your hair down!

Question

Is the wedding a two-day celebration?

Answer

Yes! The wedding will take place on Saturday 29th, with a recovery pool party hosted at the venue on Sunday 30th.

Question

Can guests stay at the venue?

Answer

There are only a small number of rooms at the venue itself. These will be taken up by close family.

Question

Is there accommodation nearby?

Answer

There are numerous hotels, B&B's and villas on the 'Travel & accommodation' page. All of these have been recommended by our wedding planner. Most of these are relatively close to the venue. Please feel free to browse and book these options - or stay somewhere entirely different if you wish!

Question

Where is the closest airport?

Answer

Malaga airport is a 40 minute drive from the venue itself

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Formal, Elegant Attire We would love to see our friends and family dressed up to celebrate with us! For the ladies: think elegant dresses — midi or full-length are ideal. Light, breathable fabrics such as silk, chiffon, or linen blends will keep you comfortable in the Spanish sunshine. Dressy jumpsuits are also welcome. Please avoid white, ivory, or cream. For the gentlemen: sharp tailored suits are perfect. Lighter shades and fabrics (like linen or cotton blends) are absolutely fine given the warm weather. A tie or bow tie is optional, but a crisp shirt and smart shoes are required. Overall, think “Mediterranean formal” — polished and elegant, but relaxed enough to enjoy the sunshine, good food and plenty of dancing! Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like, but we ask that you don't post pictures of the bridal party until the bride & groom have had the opportunity to do so.

Question

What is the order of events?

Answer

We are working through finalising the schedule and timings in the coming months. We will update with final order of events once this is confirmed.

Question

What is the address of the venue?

Answer

Both events (wedding & pool party) will be hosted at Cortijo Rosa Blanca, address: Barranco Blanco, s/n, 29120, Málaga, Spain

Question

Will there be transport to the venue?

Answer

We will be working with our wedding planner to organise transport for guests where possible. More detail will be shared closer to the time.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

The best gift we could ask for is having you there to share our special day with us. However, if you do wish to give us a gift, we would be extremely grateful for any contribution towards our honeymoon fund
