Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive with enough time to be seated. Please note that our ceremony will be phone-free. We ask that you put away your phones and enjoy the moment with us - no photos or videos during the ceremony. We can’t wait to share the beautiful photos captured by our photographer with all of you afterward!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle from downtown Hot Springs to the ceremony and from the reception back to downtown Hot Springs at the end of the night. The shuttle will pick you up from Big Pillow Brewing (Welcome Party location), which should be a short walk from any Airbnb/hotel in downtown Hot Springs. We will have 2 vehicles for transportation: a 6-person van and a 14-person shuttle. They will make a few trips to and from the venue starting at 3pm until 4pm (ceremony start time). There is a chance you will be waiting a few minutes for the shuttle, so we encourage you to step inside Big Pillow Brewing for a great beer! At the end of the night, we will be doing the majority of the shuttle rides between 9pm and 11pm (reception end time). However, if you need a ride back before 9pm, we will be able to text one of the drivers to come by for a pickup. Feel free to tip your shuttle drivers if they do a great job! :)

Can I drive to the wedding?

Yes! You're more than welcome to drive to the ceremony. We'll also have someone helping with parking when you arrive.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Our dress code is Garden Party — formal with a fun, summery twist. Think flowy dresses, light suits, and outfits in soft colors, florals, or playful patterns. For Women: Flowy midi or maxi dresses in light fabrics like chiffon, linen, or cotton. Florals, pastels, and bright colors are encouraged — think soft and romantic or bold and fun. Wedges, block heels, or dressy flats are ideal for grassy areas. For Men: Light suits or blazers with dress shirts and dress pants — no need for a tux! Soft neutrals, pastels, subtle patterns, or floral ties. Loafers, oxfords, or dress shoes. Accessories: Fun, bold jewelry, pocket squares, floral ties, etc. While we want everyone to feel comfortable and stylish, we kindly ask guests to avoid jeans, shorts, sandals, crocs, or anything too casual. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, when you arrive to the ceremony we will have a valet park your vehicle for you.

Due to the intimate size of our venue, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If your invite includes a +1, we’d love for your guest to join us. Thank you for understanding!
