As the location is remote, we have provisionally reserved all of the rooms at the venue for all our guests for the 3 days and they will be assigned to you at check in. Of course you are not obliged to stay with us and you are welcome to stay in Rome City or elsewhere, however be aware that transport to and from Tragliata is car/ taxi dependent and taxis are not in abundance in this area so they must be booked in advance. All rooms at the Borgo are rustic and in keeping with the tradition of the venue. There are some very unique rooms and none of them are identical. They are all very comfortable and have air conditioning units and en-suite washrooms. Room rate at the Borgo is 75 euro per person sharing per night or 95 euro for single supplement. 13-17 years 50% of adults rate and children under 12 stay free when staying with parents.
Our wedding festivities are all planned to be outdoors, but like the saying goes, never say never. We will adapt accordingly if the heavens open!
A full buffet breakfast is available every morning from 7:30 to 11:30am, this is included in your room rate. There is a restaurant and a bar on site which stock a full range of drinks and a selection of lunches and snacks. Your main meals for the 3 days will be included as part of our Wedding celebrations. This will be our welcome BBQ , wedding meal and farewell pizza party. Beer, wine and soft drinks will also be included during these meals.
Please note that there is no ATM at the venue. However, the bar & restaurant accepts cash, or you can charge your spending to your room and pay with card at reception during check-out. The Borgo accepts all major credit cards.
The weather is set to be 30-35 degrees during the day, so please pack appropriate clothes, sunscreen & insect repellent. The evenings are set to be slightly cooler at about 20 degrees.
The Borgo will have hair stylists on hand the morning of the wedding.. Cost is €25 for blow-dry, €40 for an up style. Salon will be available from 9:00am by appointment only. If you would like to be booked in for this service and haven't already told us then please let us know asap by emailing Kayleigh.Darragh@outlook.com. This is a pop up salon so please have your hair washed in your room before heading to the salon for styling. Guest Make Up is available for €30
The Borgo can organise babysitters for €20 per hour with a maximum of 4 kids per babysitter. You can avail of this service as much as you want over the course of the three days. If you would like to book a babysitter please contact the venue before your arrival. info@tragliata.it
Borgo strives to lower it's carbon footprint and reduce its waste output and for this reason toiletries are not provided aside from hand soap and shower gel in dispensers. We would advise you to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body lotion etc..
Should you need anything during your stay the nearest town, Tottimpietra, is a 10 minute drive from The Borgo. There is a supermarket (called Pam) and a pharmacy. You will drive through this town to the venue should you need anything on the way. Please bring anything you might need such as snacks for your room, sun creams, insect repellant, cigarettes etc with you to the Borgo.
