Where is the venue?

Answer

1359 S. Gilbert Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85296 If you’re driving north on Gilbert Rd it is just North of Ray Rd on the right hand side of the road. If you passed the Institute for Education you’ve gone too far. If you’re driving south down Gilbert road it will be on the left hand side of the road after Warner Rd but before Ray Rd.

What if the global pandemic and subsequent laws force us to change our plans in some way?

Answer

Good question! We are moving ahead with our wedding plans as of now and if anything changes, we will be addressing what that means for our wedding and our guests ASAP. You'll hear from us via email or text, promise! And if you don't, then we'll see you, as planned, on November 21 at Shenandoah Mill!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal attire. The majority of the wedding will be outside, so try and plan accordingly!

When does the Ceremony begin?

Answer

4:30PM. We suggest you arrive about 10-15 minutes before hand so you can fill out our guest book and find a seat!

Is there a Reception to follow?

Answer

Yes, the reception is held at the same venue as the ceremony! There will be a buffet dinner and open bar to follow the ceremony!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes!!!!!!! PLEASE let us know of any food allergies we need to be aware of!

Yes! We ask that we know in advance so we can plan accordingly

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. We are discussing the possibility of a virtual ceremony for those who are uncomfortable being in crowds but still want to be apart of our big day!

Where should I park?

Answer

Great question! Please do not park in the very front of the venue. This is for vendors and staff members. Once you turn into the venue there is a small parking lot of about 8-10spaces and a road that wraps around the venue towards the back where there is a much larger parking lot, and the entrance to the ceremony is right there at the gates. Uber and Lyft are great services too!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

I know that the Doubletree by Hilton on Santan Village Parkway has a shuttle service to and from places all around the valley.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are asking guests to not bring a plus one unless we have spoken about it before hand. Due to COVID-19 we are trying to keep the numbers down to help promote social distancing.
