We cannot wait to welcome our closest friends and family to our wedding weekend! There will be hors d'oeuvres and an open bar. Attire: Cocktail attire, inspiration for your outfits can be found on our attire inspiration page. Children: While our wedding ceremony and reception are adults-only, we would love to have your little ones join us at the welcome party! Parking: Parking is available in the large lot directly across from the venue.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
This is a formal event. If you have questions about attire, please visit our attire inspiration page. As the ceremony takes place in a garden, guests will be walking on grass to reach their seats; please keep this in mind when selecting your footwear.
Shuttle service to the ceremony will be provided for guests who do not have a vehicle and are staying at Hilton Garden Inn or Trailborn Surf & Sound. After the ceremony wraps up, a shuttle service to the reception will be available for any guests who do not have a car. If you do choose to drive, please note that you cannot leave your car at the ceremony location overnight, however you can leave it at the reception. We kindly ask that you silence and put away all phones and cameras until after we say "I do."

Evening Details: We look forward to celebrating with you at Cape Fear Country Club! The evening will begin with a cocktail hour featuring hors d'oeuvres and an open bar, followed by a seated dinner and dancing. Formal attire is requested. Reception Transportation & Parking: Shuttle service will be provided from the ceremony to the reception for those without personal vehicles. Upon departure, one bus will bring guests back to Hilton Garden Inn and Trailborn Surf & Sound, while another bus will head to a local bar to continue the celebration with the bride and groom. Please note that return transportation from the bar will not be provided. Parking is available for guests with a personal vehicle. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight at Cape Fear Country Club and utilize the shuttle services.
