FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kaylei Ramis and Aidin Rolley
We invite you to get dressed up with us! We recommend formal attire, such as midi to floor-length dresses or dressy separates. For men, dress pants with a button-down are perfect, with suits welcome but not required. We encourage guests to wear black to complement the overall look of the day.
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by September 25, 2027.

Question

Will children be able to attend?

Answer

We kindly request that our special day be an adults-only event. We hope you’ll make it a date night and join us in celebrating!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:30, and kindly ask that you arrive no later than 4:15 to allow time for seating. Please also note that the venue is downtown, so plan accordingly for parking and a short walk to the venue.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will take place indoors for the full event, so you won’t need to worry about weather or outdoor conditions. From the ceremony to the reception, all spaces are inside the venue. There is also a patio space available throughout the event, and you’re welcome to step out and mingle there at any time.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Since our venue is located downtown, there is no designated private parking lot. However, there are plenty of nearby options, including street parking, public garages, and surface lots within walking distance. We recommend allowing a little extra time to find parking before the ceremony. If you’ll be enjoying drinks, we encourage using a rideshare like Uber or Lyft.

Question

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We’ve hired a photographer to capture our day, so we ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony and be fully present in the moment. You’re more than welcome to take photos throughout the reception!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we’re so excited to have an open bar for everyone to enjoy! We do ask that guests do not bring any outside alcohol, as the venue requires all beverages to be served in-house.

Question

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Answer

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue or on the front patio. Guests may step outside to the sidewalk if they wish to smoke.
