When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 19, 2026 so we can finalize details.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive and are seated by 5:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask guests to dress in cocktail attire. Suits are encouraged for men, and midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or similarly elevated attire are encouraged for women. White is reserved for the bride.

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site at The Elms.

We want everyone to feel taken care of! If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please share them with us on your RSVP form so we can accommodate you.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Kansas City International Airport (MCI), about a 45-minute drive from the venue. Rideshare services can typically get you to the hotel, but availability may be limited in the area for return trips, so we recommend planning ahead. The hotel can assist in arranging transportation to and from the airport if you call in advance.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have a room block reserved at The Elms Hotel for our guests. Staying on-site is the most convenient option for the weekend. Additional booking details can be found on our Travel page.
