We are having an indoor wedding with an outdoor reception under a covered pavilion. The weather can be somewhat unpredictable in October, but Kayleen loves taking risks. Hopefully we get a beautiful fall day, but it’s possible we end up with a sleet storm or tornado. Please come prepared. (If it’s a tornado, there’s no shelter available; we’ll die together in celebration of our love.) This is a formal event. But it’s also a party. Bring a pair of shoes you can play games in, dance in, and run from tornadoes in. We plan on a tea party, treats, yard games, carriage rides, piggies, dancing, karaoke, and a talent show (unfortunately the tilt-a-whirl and amphibious bi-plane were outside our budget). Ladies are encouraged to wear tea hats. Men are encouraged to not look miserable. Please bring a song for karaoke, a talent to share, and NO GIFTS. Kayleen has a hoarding problem and Dennis has a weird guilt complex that makes him feel awkward about getting gifts. IF you are so inclined as to offer something, Kayleen takes cash on the side.
