We would love to see our loved ones dressed up for our big day! Our wedding is formal to semi formal. Gentlemen please wear at least a collard shirts and pants. Ladies please dress according. Please no jeans or t-shirts, or mini skirts!
We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use UNTILL the ceremony is over. The greatest gift is having you all present in the moment while we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture the moment and will share our photos with you all when we receive them. After the ceremony take as many photos and videos as you would like!
Please arrive to the venue 30 minutes before the ceremony (3:30 p.m.). This will allow you time for traffic, we live in Florida there is always some type of traffic. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 4 p.m., with it being winter we need to get the ceremony in before the sun goes down.
Yes! We love all the littles ones in our lives, but we do encourage you to make it a parents night out. If little ones will be attending please make sure to RSVP for them so that we have them in the count for kids meals. There will be a room blocked off upstairs for kids to wind down, or get away from the wedding. We can have movies playing up there, but there is no formal babysitter up there to watch them.
We have blocks set up at two hotels that you can get discounted prices at until December 10th and December 12th. The Hampton Inn Lake Wale and Courtyard Winter Haven, you can find links under travel on our website. There are other hotels in the area as well (Holiday Inn Express- Lake Wales, Best Western Winter Haven) along with AirBnB's, and some cabins in the area. We will not be doing any type of transportation services as we will be staying at the venue that evening. PLEASE arrange to ride together and have a sober driver. Or Uber and Lyft are available.
We are opting out of a formal dinner and and are having a tapas style dinner. There are options from chicken, beef, pork, and vegetable options!
