Village Suites is walking distance to all wedding activities. Our ceremony will be held on Sunset Beach and our tented reception to follow at Bay Harbor Marina. In order to book through our room block, you must call (888-229-4272) to reserve your room. Please specify you are reserving for the Johnson/Ryan Wedding. Please note that the Village Suites require a two night minimum and you must book by 3/31/2025 to receive our Room Block Rate. One Bedroom Suite: $465/night + tax Two Bedroom Suite: $565/night + tax Please check out the different Suite Style options on their website.

The Inn at Bay Harbor is walking distance to the ceremony and reception location. You may also call the reception desk to schedule a shuttle, if you prefer. Our rehearsal dinner and welcome party will be held here! The Inn at Bay Harbor is a resort style Marriott property nestled on the alluring shores of Lake Michigan's Little Traverse Bay. Here, you have the option to reserve a room or cottage for larger groups. Please use the link provided to reserve (2 night minimum): -Double Queen Room with our room block rate of $400/night + tax (sleeps 4). -Quarry View Master Suite with our room block rate of $516/night + tax (sleeps 6) .
