We ask that guests arrive by 3:30 PM so everyone is comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. Parking could take a bit so please allow for extra time!
The dress code is semi-formal with a western touch. Cowboy boots and hats are encouraged. We kindly ask that flannel attire be avoided. Think flowy dresses, a button down, dress pants and boots. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, likely in the sunshine, so we encourage guests to dress comfortably for the setting. Also the wedding party will be in all black.
Yes, children are welcome to join us on our special day. We kindly ask that if a child becomes unsettled during any of the more meaningful moments, they be escorted away so everyone may fully enjoy the celebration. For those who prefer to relax and enjoy the evening without the responsibility of supervising little ones, we completely understand and welcome the option of leaving children at home.
To help us celebrate in the way we’ve planned, we kindly ask that guests attend as listed on their invitation. All invited guests will be named on the RSVP, and we are unable to accommodate additional guests or dates beyond those listed. Thank you so much for understanding, and we are truly grateful to have you join us.
Your presence on our special day truly means the world to us. For those who have asked, we have chosen to create a honeymoon fund in place of a traditional registry. Any contribution is sincerely appreciated and will help us create lasting memories as we begin this next chapter together.
Limited parking will be available on-site. To help ensure there is enough space for everyone, we encourage guests to carpool whenever possible and limit the number of vehicles.
