For our out-of-town guests (and that's most of you), we've compiled a list of nearby accommodation options to suit all budgets and preferences. Whether you prefer a luxurious hotel experience or a cozy bed and breakfast, you'll find the perfect place to relax after the festivities. Alta Lake will be the event hub. This is where I spent much of my childhood and the location is special to the family. There are lots of cabins and tent sites available. There is also a hotel close by. For anyone who would prefer to stay in Chelan or Manson, the venue is only 40 minutes away.

Cabins, RVs, and tent camping Much of my childhood was spent here camping and working with the horses. It has a beach on a quiet lake for your paddle board and kayaks. The cabins make for a very comfortable stay and there is plenty of tent sites with lots of space.

A Washington Favorite State Park. This spot fills up fast for good reason. Be sure to book your spot fast. Has RV and tent sites.

This is not just any yard camping experience. Make memories of a lifetime with this one of a kind, haul it in on a gator, type experience with a view of the lake. Their brand new riding arena backs up to a mountain face and has soft dirt to pitch your tent. Will hold about 14 tents. Did I mention its free? and comes with a honeypot on sight where the tractor use to be and a constant supply of snacks. It is within walking distance to the state park beach and has three horses on site.

Nice and clean hotel that is right on the columbia river. Just a 10 minutes away from Alta Lake and 15 minutes from the venue.

Travel Note

Hotel's in Chelan and Manson

For those of you wishing for more non-camping accommodations, Chelan and Manson are your best bet. There are lots of nice and affordable hotel options.
