Kaylee and Ricky met during the summer of 2018 at Folsom Lake College. They were both starting their college soccer journey. Kaylee had just graduated high school that year and Ricky had just transferred over from Consumes River College. They grew up playing on the same local soccer club and had previously heard of each other. The timing finally aligned once they began college and since then their love story has grown into something truly special.

Ricky had planned for the two of them to go to a winery on a Saturday afternoon with his sister and brother in law. This was not an unusual thing to plan as Kaylee and Ricky love to hangout with their family and friends any chance they get. Once they got to the winery they ran into a familiar photographer who was acting as if she was there to take pictures for the wedding taking place there and began testing lighting with Ricky and Kaylee. Shortly after Ricky got down on one knee and watching from the entrance above were both of their families. It quickly turned into the best day ever.
