FAQs

Question

Where will the wedding be?

Answer

The ceremony and celebration will be held at Kaylee’s family ranch — a beautiful and secluded 80-acre property just outside of Payson. Please note that the final leg of the drive includes a 3–5 mile stretch on a dirt road. Small cars can make it just fine, but we recommend taking it slow and giving yourself a little extra travel time.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered here on our website, as well as on MyRegistry.com. Under the “Registry” tab, you’ll find our Zola items already embedded on the page. You’ll also see a link to MyRegistry at the top—simply click the name to access that registry.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you have time to be seated and ready.

Question

Where can we stay?

Answer

Check out the Travel tab for some linked hotel options. You might also want to explore Airbnb or VRBO rentals. For the closest locations, try searching in Tonto Village, Mead Ranch, Ellison Creek Estates, or Bonita Creek Estates.

Question

Can we bring a trailer or RV to stay on the property?

Answer

Yes! You're welcome to bring a trailer or RV and stay on the property. However, space is limited, so if you plan to do so, please contact Isaiah Mitchell at 602-919-9635 in advance. This will help us keep track and ensure we have a spot reserved for you!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before May 1.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

To allow all our guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and celebration, we ask that no children under 12 attend. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Summer Semi-Formal We’d love for our guests to look their best while still feeling comfortable. Our version of summer semi-formal is relaxed, stylish, and perfect for a ranch setting. Please avoid wearing white or fuchsia/hot pink. Since the celebration is outdoors on a ranch, we recommend comfortable footwear and bringing a light jacket for when the sun goes down. For gentlemen, full suits aren’t necessary—think a jacket with nice jeans, or dress pants with a button-down or polo. Ladies are welcome to wear dresses, jumpsuits, or elevated separates in summery colors and prints.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Due to the remote location, we’re unable to accommodate specific food allergies. Dinner will include pizza, salad, and beer cheese with breadsticks—come hungry!
