Noah and Kaylee’s story: Noah and Kaylee’s fairytale love story began in a Subway believe it or not, back in 2013. It was a cool November night when hundreds of white pieces of paper filled the G-E-T Highschool parking lot as a Teal Volkswagen Bug burned off in the distance. Noah was walking out of the high school after his career varsity basketball night and realized Kaylee had driven off with her homework folders on the top of her car. Noah and his dad Scott picked up each paper one by one. Too young to drive, Noah got in his parent’s vehicle to go home! As the car left the high school parking lot, Noah noticed Kaylee had stopped at Subway. He shouted, “There she is, pull into Subway so I can return her folders in case she has homework”. Noah had a few classes with Kaylee and he knew she wouldn’t be doing any homework that night, however, he wanted an excuse to see her after his big game. Noah went inside and gave Kaylee her folders and explained how her papers were all over the parking lot. Kaylee’s oldest sister, Melissa, was also in Subway and watched the awkward encounter. She told her sister how kind and thoughtful the young boy seemed. She urged her sister to reach out and thank him for his actions. The rest is history!! In December of 2020, Noah popped the question while celebrating their 7-year anniversary! Noah took Kaylee to their 7 most memorable locations and reflected on how each location meant so much to the both of them. Of course, one of the locations being Subway 😊 She said yes! We have been together for 8 years. Noah has graduated from college and started his career at Fastenal while Kaylee has earned her esthetician license and started her own business. We enjoy traveling the world together, playing card games, trying new foods, and watching new movies/shows. We currently are busy planning our wedding and building our dream house in Trempealeau, WI. We are extremely excited for our next chapter in life and can’t wait to be Mr. and Mrs. Hammond. Love Noah & Kaylee!
