Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is black tie optional. For gentlemen, tuxedos are preferred if you have one; otherwise, a dark-colored suit paired with a tie is perfectly appropriate. For ladies, floor-length gowns are preferred, but a tasteful mid-length dress is also welcome. We appreciate your effort in dressing for this special occasion!

Can I bring a date?

Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that only those listed on the RSVP attend. If your guest's name appears on the RSVP list, they are invited to join. Thank you for your understanding!

We respectfully request that this be an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand and can still join us to enjoy our special day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available! The venue has a large parking lot, so you should have no trouble finding a spot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation to the wedding ceremony itself will not be provided, so we kindly ask guests to plan their own travel to the ceremony whether by personal vehicle or rideshare. However, transportation will be provided from Epping Forest Yacht Club to Ruby Beach Brewing for guests joining us at the after party. The bus will make an additional stop at the hotel for any guests who may wish to head back early—we hope, however, that you’ll stay and keep dancing with us! The after party location is within walking distance of the hotel for your convenience.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure a timely start. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, and we don’t want you to miss a moment of the celebration!
