Little Missouri Falls
This is where Kolby proposed! We make it a point to visit the falls any time we're in the area because its beauty is unmatched. Whether you go to hike the trails or cool off under the waterfall, I promise you will not be disappointed! Pack snacks, water, and consider printing out directions. It is a 56 minute drive from the riverfront property we will be staying at, with the last 30 minutes of the drive having no cell service.
Caddo River Camping and Canoe Rental
A family friend owns this canoe, kayak, and tube rental company. They offer shuttle services as well. The route they use floats right by our houses!
Lake Ouachita State Park
An hour drive from where we will be staying, Lake Ouachita is absolutely worth the trip! It is the largest and cleanest lake in Arkansas. Rent a boat to island hop, exploring the beautiful rocky islands. Or, stick to the shore and do some fishing.
Caddo River
Our favorite activity in the area is located right in our backyard. Splash around, relax, and mingle in the Caddo River.
Amity Hilltop Liquor
We are staying in a dry county, so if you would like any alcohol this is the nearest liquor store.
