Sure, I could just tell you that we just met on a dating app, but there's so much more to the story. We began talking after we both happened to be in Salt Lake on the same day; that alone is a miracle. But as Katie was driving back to Saint George and Kaylee was having a movie night with her sisters, the conversation began and hasn't stopped since. After a few hours of talking, we mentioned wanting to meet up, but there was one problem. Katie was supposed to be leaving the next day for FRANCE! When she mentioned that to Kaylee she figured there was no way someone would wait 6 weeks for a date. BUT, little did she know, Kaylee was leaving in 2 days for Europe as well! Sure they'd have to wait, but they spent their entire vacation getting to know each other and sharing all of their adventures with one another. Nearing the end of Kaylee's trip, she was in Denmark at a music festival and Katie read her mind, asking if she could join for the last day of concerts. Of course Kaylee said yes and the rest is history. We met for the first time at the Copenhagen Airport and then spent a very awkward 2 hours on a train trying to remember how to act normal. By the time that weekend came to a close, we already knew we had finally found everything we'd been looking for.
