Our story began in College Station, Texas — the place that will always hold a very special spot in our hearts. I had just graduated with my master’s from Texas A&M and decided to stay in College Station, working full-time as The Arena Group’s Social Media and Marketing Specialist. And that’s where I met Jaxson! He was in his final year of school and working as a maintenance tech for The Arena Group. Just a month after our first date, Jaxson asked me to be his girlfriend, and from there, the rest was history! That fall, we spent our time running back and forth between College Station, Carthage, and Lovelady, soaking up every moment we could together. By spring, Jaxson was getting ready to graduate and accepted a job in Lewisville, Texas, with a general contractor. So, we packed up our things (& our three pups... Mayzie, Maverick, and Mudd) and started a new adventure together! After Jaxson graduated in May, I began working for two boat dealerships in Lewisville as their Social Media and Marketing Specialist, and life started to fall into place! Then came September 20th, 2025 — a day I’ll never forget! I thought we were heading to my Gdaddy’s birthday party, but Jaxson had other plans. In downtown Carthage, right in front of The Esquire, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. The best part? Moments later, I was surprised again — this time by all of our friends and family waiting to celebrate with us. It was the most perfect night full of love, laughter, & happy tears (and yes, Gdaddy’s birthday too!). Through every step of our journey, we’ve seen how faith, and the love and support of our family and friends, has made our relationship stronger. We’re endlessly grateful for all of you who have been part of our story — and we can’t wait to begin forever together! 🤍
