Question

When should I RSVP by? How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope Please RSVP by June 28th as this allows us to get a head count prior to the special day to ensure ample food and amenities will be provided. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a ‘no’ as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline .

Rain or Shine?

Answer

Pending weather, the ceremony is going to be held outside. If it does rain, it will be moved indoors to the barn.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Little ones are invited to help us celebrate! We just ask that they are supervised to ensure they stay safe and happy throughout the night. If you cannot fulfill these obligations please try to find child care prior to the celebration . Children should be attached to your invitation unless stated privately you would like an adult only evening . If your child is missing from your invitation and you would like to bring them please message me as mistakes happen - never intentionally. If you choose to have an adult only evening we understand everyone deserves a date night !

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’ve chosen to keep our day a little more intimate so we can truly soak up every moment with our nearest and dearest friends and family. For that reason, we are only able to invite those listed on the invitation.

Where do I sit ?

Answer

During the ceremony, you are free to sit on either side. The first few rows will be reserved for immediate family and the wedding party. During the reception you will find a seating chart located at the main doors of the venue.

Are the ceremony & reception at the same place ?

Answer

Yes! No need to travel far, the beautiful hilltop ceremony is just steps away from where our reception will take place!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have a stock tank full of adult beverages available at the reception! There will be select options so if you have a preference please BYOB !

What if I have an issue with someone?

Answer

Our wedding is a time for celebration. We ask all guests to respect each other's space and keep the focus on the couple. If you’re not here to celebrate Kaylee and Jacob you’re here for the wrong reasons! If any altercations are had you will be asked to leave immediately .
