When do I need to RVSP by?

We kindly ask that you RVSP by June 30th.
Question
What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?
Answer
To allow time to walk from the parking lot to the ceremony location we recommend for guests to arrive 15-30 mins early. We advise those who need extra assistance to arrive 30 mins early. We are able to provide an alternate access to the ceremony location for those with mobility restrictions.

Where is the ceremony taking place?
Answer
The ceremony is taking place at Big Knife Provincial Park in the day use area. Guests will need to take the staircase down to the day use area and cross the walking bridge to find the ceremony spot located at the gazebo.

What is the bathroom situation at the ceremony?
Answer
Big Knife Provincial park provides several out-house locations.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi formal/cocktail. For the ladies cocktail dresses or gowns. For the gents - suits (tie optional), and or sports coats.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
Please refer to your invite as we have a limitation on the amount of guests we can invite.

Is there any time in between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The ceremony will be ending around 430 PM. Family photos will take place at the park following the marriage. We encourage all other guests to make their way to the Forestburg Community Hall to enjoy a cocktail hour starting at 5PM.

Is there a taxi service?
Answer
There will be a DD service available starting at 11 PM to drive people home to the local surrounding area (30 mins).

Located in town at the Forestburg Community Hall (Centre) next to the golf course.
