Can I Uber?

Answer

You can Uber to the venue, yes! But getting an Uber after the wedding is unreliable. We do not want our guests drinking and driving so we have arranged a shuttle after the wedding to pick guests up from the wedding venue and to drop guests off at the hotel indigo. If you aren’t staying at the hotel indigo you should easily be able to get an uber from there to where you are staying :)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony begins at 4:00PM sharp. Please arrive between 3:30-3:45PM to give ample time for parking and to be seated.

Does the Venue have a Parking Lot?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot connected to the venue.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Summer Cocktail. Think slightly dressier than casual wear but not as formal as black tie. Feel free to wear the color you feel most confident in, yes that includes black but please refrain from wearing white.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our special day. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Answer

Please RSVP on our website under the RSVP tab. If you are having any issues, please reach out to Kaylee or Cole directly.

What if I dont RSVP in time or Dont RSVP?

Answer

Everyone is required to RSVP, even the wedding party! If we dont receive your RSVP by the date provided, April 27th 2025, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we get a final guest count prior to the wedding so we can plan accordingly and provide a final guest count to our vendors.

What do I do if something changes after I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that once you RSVP it is a definite YES we can attend or a definite NO we cant attend. We do understand that life happens so if something changes, please let Kaylee or Cole know as soon as possible.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding.
