The dress code for our wedding is formal. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or tuxedo, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or a fun cocktail dress. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up!
Doors will open to the venue at 5:30pm. We *strongly* encourage you to head to the venue early and grab a beer next door at Midwest Coast Brewing Co, one of our favorite Chicago breweries! Allow yourself plenty of extra time to arrive with busy Chicago/Labor Day traffic!
If you choose to drive, be mindful of the busy Chicago/Labor Day Weekend traffic! There is a 26-car lot attached to Walden. All cars must leave at the end of the night, they are not allowed to be left overnight! There is also free street parking all around Walden. See the travel section of our website for alternative options like the Metra!
Both our ceremony and reception will be taking place indoors at Walden.
