What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal attire in a pastel, spring-inspired color palette. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable! Please avoid: White attire. (BBQ)

Where is the wedding taking place?

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes! Children are absolutely welcome — we can’t wait to celebrate with your whole family.

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving a full BBQ dinner.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

No — alcohol is not permitted at the venue. A selection of non-alcoholic drinks will be provided for everyone to enjoy.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available right outside the church. We kindly ask guests to leave the closest parking spots open for older individuals or those who need them.

Are there hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Hotel recommendations can be found under the Travel tab on our website. There is no hotel block, so feel free to choose what works best for you.

Are there things to do after the reception?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:30 PM. After that, feel free to continue the evening however you’d like — Kansas City has plenty to explore!
