Answers to all the Questions

Question

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We absolutely adore all kids- but our wedding is adults only, with the exception of Kayce as she is our flower girl. There is a drop off Day Care Center in downtown Hamilton that is very reasonably priced, we will also attach numbers of people we trust to watch children

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress Casual, but appropriate and tasteful. A summer sundress is appropriate (just make sure the fabric isn't overly formal). Wedges or dressy sandals are the perfect footwear for a casual wedding, but flip flops and sneakers are not. Nice jeans and a nice button down is absolutely perfect. You can add a tie or sports jacket if you'd like, but it's not required. If it's chilly, feel free to add a sweater as well. Steer clear of any t-shirts or tennis shoes.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with cell phone or camera?

Answer

No- we would really appreciate an unplugged wedding. Meaning, please keep all cell phones, cameras, etc. in your pocket. We've hired photographers to do their job. We want everyone to enjoy our big day with us, without the distractions.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding is scheduled to be outdoors. It will be fall in Montana, so dress appropriately. The reception will be held inside, with space heaters, so the reception may be warmer than the wedding.

Question

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes, we will have a full dinner with multiple meat options prepared. Make sure to mark the meat of your choice on the RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you plan on bringing a plus one, or plus two, please put the total amount of adults in the "number of persons" are on the RSVP. Please do not bring someone as a surprise.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline

Answer

On your invite it will ask you to RSVP by July 30th 2023. Please do so, or we will not have room for you.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Good question. Who knows, honestly. Its fall in Montana. I would say expect snow in the morning. and probably some rain and sunshine in the afternoon. Be prepared for all four seasons to hit in one day.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

There is plenty parking at the venue that there is no need for a shuttle. Of course, carpooling is always a wonderful idea.
