Dress nicely and avoid any color similar to white, cream, or beige
To keep our ceremony and reception intimate and enjoyable for all, we have chosen to make it a kid-free wedding. HOWEVER, anybody 12 & older is welcomed to come! We truly appreciate your support and can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you.
The answer is YES ! We will have an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception.
No alcohol will be served nor present at the event.
Since the wedding is starting exactly at 11:00am, we ask that guests arrive no later than 10:30am. We want y'all to have time to park and make your way to your seat.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 AM. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, our day-of coordinator and officiant may ask you to wait in the back until they determine an appropriate moment for guests to be seated. This helps ensure the processional, the ceremony, and our photographer’s work remain uninterrupted. We truly appreciate your understanding. If something unexpected happens and you think you may be running late, please text or call us so we can help guide you.
RSVP no later than April 1st. We will be closing the RSVP list after that.
Unfortunately, due to cost and space, we are not allowing anyone to bring plus ones. Only the people who are on the guest list are allowed to come.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us—Kayle Herndon or Ezra Williams. We will be more than happy to help in any way we can. Kayle: 972-481-0448 Ezra: 682-226-2064
