A shuttle will be running throughout the day and evening. Departures from the Best Western are at 2:00 PM arrive at the barn at 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM - we encourage guests to take the earlier shuttle if possible to avoid overcrowding on the 3:00 PM bus. If the bus is full at 3:00 PM you will be expected to drive to the Venue. Return shuttles to Three Hills will begin at 10:00 PM.
