When should we arrive at the wedding ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue between 5:00 pm and 5:15 pm.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. For example, cocktail dresses or a suit and tie would be appropriate.

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
The average high in Phoenix in September is 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit, and the average low temperature is around 75 degrees.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests will be escorted to the cocktail hour room where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

There is free parking at the venue.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
Yes! We will serve appetizers during cocktail hour and a buffet-style meal during the reception. There will also be an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception. The full menu is to be announced.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Answer
Yes, of course! Let Kayla know via text at (314) 583-1896 if you would like a vegetarian meal, a vegan and gluten free meal, or have any other allergies/dietary restrictions. You will also be able to state any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Yes, of course! However, please DO NOT take pictures or videos during the wedding ceremony. We have a professional photographer to capture the wedding and formal reception activities. If you take pictures during the reception, please tag Jon and/or Kayla in the photos so we see them all!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
