While we love your little ones, due to many factors, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself and appreciate your understanding.
Please only bring an RSVP for the guest(s) listed on your invitation.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15pm so we request that everyone arrive no later than 3:50pm to allow time to walk out to the beach.
All events on the wedding day are outdoors. The ceremony is taking place on the beach and the cocktail hour and reception will be held on a tented lawn. There is a backup indoor room booked in the case of inclement weather.
There will be two trolleys departing from the Hyatt in downtown Sarasota (where our hotel block is) at 3:30pm in order to ensure an on-time arrival to the ceremony. They will bring you directly to the ceremony location. If you are driving, you can follow the guard gate road then make a left at Sand Point Road, right into the resort. Then make a left when you see the resort sign. This will lead you to the parking area that is in front of South Beach, where the ceremony is taking place. The trolleys will be waiting to take you from the ceremony to the reception, which is right down the road. If you would prefer to walk, it's about a 6 minute walk down the main road towards the lawn.
