What Do We Wear?
Answer
Business casual is just fine. This is a boho/tropical-themed wedding so feel free to wear pieces you think best suit that style! However, please NO JEANS.

Can I Bring Kids?

Yes, if they were on the guest list or are a plus one. Please be sure they have supervision.

When Should We Arrive?
Answer
Please allow yourself enough time to park and be seated for the wedding start time at 4:30 pm. Recommended: 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Please check your invite to see if a Plus one was included. Reach out to the Bride for any questions or clarification.

Is There Parking at the Venue?
Answer
Yes! There is a large parking lot that fits up to 50 vehicles. Carpooling is preferred.

Is There a Shuttle Service?
Answer
No, but Uber and Lyft do service the area.

Is this Handicap Friendly?
Answer
Yes! There are bathrooms that are handicap accessible, and transport to and from your car can be provided upon request. Please reach out to the bride if you are in need of assistance.

Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?
Answer
This is an all-outdoor wedding so please dress accordingly! The wedding is in March, so plan for chilly nights. However, two "get ready" rooms are indoors, and the bathrooms are indoors. *This Venue will be sprayed for bugs prior to the wedding, but bugs will still try to make a guest appearance! Repellant will be provided at the Venue. * This is allergy season, so please make sure you take your allergy medication!

What Kind of Food/Beverges Will Be Served?

We will be having a BBQ as a buffet style. We will have Pulled Pork, Chopped Brisket, Mac and Cheese, Beans, potato salad, etc. Beverages: Non Alcoholic: Water, Juice, Soda Alcoholic: Beer, Wine, Vodka and Whiskey *PLEASE LET THE BRIDE KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES OR NEED ACCOMIDATIONS! We want everyone well-fed! There will be an assortment of desserts ranging from cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and Mermre's famous BLUEBERRY GOODIE!

What Happens if it Rains?
Answer
Although this would not be ideal, we would host the entire event in the reception space- which is fully covered and has roll-down windows to keep the rain out!
