Family and friends, please review the following FAQs when you can. If you still have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to text Kayla, Cole, Yeni, or Melissa. We appreciate you taking the time to read through and hope this can alleviate any questions.
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Miami fam, please strive to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time. Plan to be seated by 4:15, please! Once ceremony begins, doors will close until cocktail hour starts.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with an accommodation recommendation near the venue that you may book with for the weekend. The hotel information will be located within the "Details" card of your wedding invitation suite and under the "Accommodation" tab on this website to make it easy to check for availability.

What if we did not RSVP in time (by 05/31/25)?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "Will Not Attend." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dress to impress, this is a fancy affair! Our wedding attire is Formal, meaning ladies should wear long or midi length dresses and gentlemen should wear a suit and/or jacket/tie. Please avoid wearing sneakers, shorts, or jeans. Ladies, please avoid wearing white or anything close to it. Gentlemen, please avoid wearing tan suits. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We cannot accommodate additional guests outside of the predetermined plus ones allocated via your wedding invitation. Your invitation will specify if we have given you the option to bring a plus one. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to make our special day adults-only. We will only be able to accommodate children that are named on the invitation. Enjoy a date night on us!

Where will the ceremony and reception be?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the venue, Bella Cosa. No need to travel in-between. The ceremony will take place outdoors, cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony and request you turn off and silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer, Lexi, and she will be there to capture it all. We do kindly ask that phones be put away during this portion of our wedding day, but feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony concludes and during cocktail hour and the reception! Thank you!
