Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! You deserve to party, too! Please consider finding a babysitter, we want the night to be a joy for you as well!

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Cocktail, please & all black! But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. We know wearing black to a wedding isn't traditional but this is how we would like it.. We enjoy being different than "traditional".

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony so you can get settled before the proceedings.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will both take place indoors. We would recommend bringing an umbrella, just in case!

What will the weather be like?

-Average maximum temperature: 80.1°F -Average minimum temperature: 58.7°F -Average precipitation: 6.5 inches -Northwesterly winds --May is one of the most popular months in Arkansas for traveling. The weather is moderate, early wildflowers are abundant, and trees are beginning to show plenty of new growth. Rivers, streams, and waterfalls swell with heavy flows from spring rains and provide many photo opportunities.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

The chapel is 250 feet down a pathway from the parking lot.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer & of course plenty of cake!

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

At this time we currently do not have room blocks for guest, please check back as this is on our check list!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We are requesting the ceremony to be unplugged (no pictures/posting/phone usage).. Please feel free to take any pictures during the reception. We want the ceremony to be as private as possible, thank you!
