Can I bring my kids with me? I promise they’re well behaved!

Answer

Sorry! Due to the strict nature of our venue and our personal wishes, only kids over the age of 16 will be welcome to our celebration. Take the opportunity to get a baby sitter and have a worry-free night.

Question

Can I smoke during the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No can do! Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property. Also just please don’t.

Question

There’s a pond on the property. Can we take some cute pictures in the pond? Or go fishing? Or swim? Or toss someone in unexpectedly?

Answer

Nada! Even dipping your toes in the pond is not allowed!

I love taking pictures on my phone so I can have them immediately! Will it be ok to take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please please for the love of everything good and pure in the world, refrain. We’re going to be spending a lot of money on a photographer and videographer so we all will be able to enjoy high quality memories from this fantastic day. I’d hate for there to be this beautiful moment and 4 phones reflecting in the background. We’d much rather see your faces!

I know you don’t know them, but can I bring this person I know from work and my brother so I don’t have to show up alone?

Answer

I’m so sorry, but no! Per our own wishes for this celebration, we are only inviting people who have played an active and supportive role in our relationship for the past 6 years. We don’t want to be meeting strangers on this day. Instead we want to be joyously celebrating with those who are familiar with our love and who love us.

Will I have to pay for parking? Or the bar?

Answer

Nope! Parking is $Free.99 and we will be having an open wine bar until all the wine is gone. There will be about 9 varieties of wine!

Question

I’m vegan/vegetarian/gluten free. Will there be food for me?

Answer

Yes! We are using a wonderful company that will be making about 10 varieties of pizza for us over the course of 2 hours. They will also he providing appetizers and dessert (beyond cake!). The pizza options also have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options just in case 😊

Question

Is it cool if I don’t RSVP and show up to the reception to sit wherever I want?

Answer

As a teacher, I ♡ seating charts. Because of this, I have strategically placed every invited person at a table where I believe they will have things in common with the other seated members. There will be games and activities to stimulate conversation as well! But if you don’t RSVP there won’t even be seating available for you, sorry.
