A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at the Hampton Inn Charlotte-Belmont at Montcross at a discounted rate. Kindly reference the Sedgley-Lamberth wedding when making reservations. There is so much to do in the Belmont area (restaurants, shops, bars) and you will love the small town vibes! The location is a short drive (less than 20 minutes) to Uptown Charlotte/ Charlotte Douglass Airport and only 8 miles from the wedding venue. The hotel will also offer a complementary shuttle service to and from the venue for guests that have booked a room.

If guests choose to book a room at the Hampton Inn there will be a complementary shuttle that will transport guests to the venue prior to the ceremony and back to hotel at the conclusion of the night. Shuttle Times to Wedding Venue: 3:00pm / 3:45pm / 4:30 pm Shuttle Times Returning to Hotel: 9:15pm / 10:00pm / 10:40pm (reserved for bridal party and their guests) Please See the Front Desk at Hotel for your assigned shuttle times!

The nearest airport for our guests that will be flying into North Carolina is Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The airport is located 15 minutes from the Hampton Inn Charlotte-Belmont @ Montcross.
