Our Ceremony will begin at 3pm. Please leave plenty of time to park and find your seat.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but we've chosen to keep our celebration adults-only. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved date night!

Is there a dress code?

We want our guests to feel confident and comfortable while also looking their best! Cocktail/Semi-formal attire!

Is there parking at gathered oaks?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of space for parking at Gathered Oaks. You are welcome to take one of our shuttles back to the hotel and leave your car overnight!

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle service from the 3 HOTELS doing one trip to the venue (2pm) and making multiple trips after dancing (9:30p, 10p, 11p, 12p)
