How we met

2009 Freshman Year of Highschool.

Tim and I met in high school. Tim, naturally was the very flirty extrovert and myself the unimpressed introvert. The first time we really hung out was when our high school basketball teams played against each other. We briefly dated after that in high school but decided to part ways at that time. We reconnected at a mutual friends party. We immediately started texting and snapchatting away over the next few months. After his birthday cruise trip, we went out with friends for the night. We danced the entire night away. I will never forget the way Tim looked at me that night. I was, as usual being my crazy loud, energetic self on a night out. The way he stared at me, I knew he was the one for me. Ever since that night, we honestly haven't spent a day away from each other. We have been dating since December 27, 2015, and until this day he has never officially asked me to be his girlfriend but that’s ok because now I’m going to be his wife.! We just skipped the first step. We are each others best friend and I can’t wait for us to be husband and wife. We are so happy to have you all on this wonderful, exciting journey with us!

The Proposal

Where it all started.

The Fowler House Cafe in Quincy is where Tim proposed. Tim would take me there after my classes while I was in college. He knows the way to my heart is food and that his girl loves to eat. We went there almost everyday or a few times a week. Fast forward to May 22, 2021. Tim and I spent the day having a lunch date, enjoying being able to eat out again during COVID. When we got back home, he said to me " throw on a dress and let’s go grab some apps and a drink." So naturally I was on board!!!! I mean food and drinks, count me in. I threw on a dress and we headed over. I began to think it was odd that one after the other family members started showing up, including my best friend. We finally got a big enough table for everyone and I began to get nervous for some reason. Before I knew what was happening, Timothy stood up, got down on one knee, and said the most beautiful words to me. Trying not to cry in front of every single person staring at me in the room, I remained clam as he asked me, "Will you marry me?" I of course said "YES!" My best friend Bulger made the engagement so much more special by screaming in the middle of Timothy proposal (after seeing the ring) "Holy Sh*t!" That's when I knew Tim did a good job! We are so happy to have all of our close friends and family come help us celebrate our special day together! Thank you all so much! See you at the wedding!
