Honestly, Who would have known that two people so opposite from each other would be here today prepping for an amazing step in life. We started out as just friends in high school who had different out looks in life and focused on different aspects. We became friends, but shortly after graduating we of course went separate ways. After years, heart breaks, a kid, and tragedies later... Gage and I would exchange little comments back and forth about getting the boys together. Having play dates but it was challenging when you live 1200 miles apart. When the move happened, we connected and decided a Kemah playdate was needed because finding others with kids and having a social life is so hard for a single parent. One thing we didn't know is, that day would turn into weeks, months, and now years. Neither of us were ready for a relationship. We just wanted our kids to fit in and have friends and live a happy life and do our best for them. Now we will be saying our "I Do's" 2 days after our 4 year "Play Date Anniversary" (He keeps track of that more than I do LOL) Let me tell you guys, that day was one of the best decisions I have ever made for not only me, but my son. I absolutely fell in love not only with Gage, but absolutely felt immediately that "Mom Vibe" to his son. Cameron and Creed have grown to be brothers so much and became so close. In these 4 years, we have fought challenges our way, bought a house, cars, BOATS, and soo many items we love having so we can spend so much time together as a family. And then we grew a tiny human being together. And to top it off, we are finally going to tie the knot and continue living best life! I am more than excited to share my life with the most compassionate and selfless man in the world.
