Things To Do

There's a lot of things to do in the area! We've provided some recommendations below for those who are planning on staying for a while. While we've provided some recommendations for things do to here, there are plenty of other places to go outside of the Rocklin/Roseville area. Sacramento is not too far from here, and the Auburn/Loomis area is good for those who are more the "outdoorsy types."

Thunder Valley Casino Resort

1200 Athens Avenue, Lincoln, CA 95648

Perfect for those who are wanting to channel their inner "Filipina Grandma" energy. There's restaurants, gambling, and concerts. Our reception venue is also ten minutes away from here!

Topgolf Roseville

1700 Freedom Way, Roseville, CA 95678

We took our Japanese exchange student that we hosted this year to Topgolf for our first time! We had a really fun time! There's food and drinks that you can have while driving golf balls down the range.

Whitney Oaks Golf Club

2305 Clubhouse Drive, Rocklin, CA 95765

While neither of us have gone golfing here personally, the golf course itself is beautiful for those who are looking to tee off. One of the best things about the Rocklin area is that it is a perfect place for golfers--this is only one of the many surrounding golf courses.

Westfield Galleria at Roseville

1151 Galleria Boulevard, Roseville, CA 95678

LOTS OF SHOPPING! Tashi remembers taking his Grandma Nacario here with his mom and how much chocolate she bought at the See's Candy while they were here. The surrounding shopping outlets also have other shops and restaurants. While the mall also has a food court and shops that come with your large malls, there is also a movie theater, a bowling alley, and an arcade.

Roseville Golfland Sunsplash

1893 Taylor Road, Roseville, CA 95661

A great place to go especially if you're coming with kids! Sunsplash is a water park that comes with mini-golf, outdoor go-cart track, and an arcade!
