FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RVSP by no later than July 1st, 2025.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Sadly, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request 'Formal Cocktail Attire', with black tie optional. For the ladies, flowy materials like chiffon or organza and bright colors or floral accents are encouraged to match our Bridgerton and fairytale-inspired theme. Dresses can be midi to maxi or floor length. We'd love to see embellishments, lace, and unique details. No mini dresses or white and cream attire. For the men, a suit and tie or bow tie is preferred, with suits in darker hues or fun colors and patterns with pastel touches. Please note that jeans, sports coats, and white or cream attire are not part of the dress code. We look forward to seeing everyone in their finest!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, a link to our wedding registry can be found here, https://www.zola.com/registry/kaylaandstephen2025, or under registry at the top of the website. Use password thomas0814 to enter if prompted.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Hotels + Transportation' page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled a list of hotels, Airbnb, Vrbos, and more!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue.

Question

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat or things to do?

Answer

Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area, including coffee shops, spas, and restaurants to visit before or after the wedding.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with a reception to follow indoors.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "decline" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
