When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask you RSVP by March 1, 2025. You can RSVP by mailing back the RSVP card found in your formal invitation, here on the website, or by texting us. Whichever is easiest for you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 3:15 pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We kindly ask all guests to wear formal attire. If you need inspiration on what to wear, think Garden Party Formal. This combines elements of formal attire with an outdoor vibe. Think of it as a blend of elegance and comfort. It's about looking polished and put-together, but in a way that's suitable for an outdoor setting. Ladies, this is your chance to play with colors, prints, and styles. Think light, airy fabrics like linen or cotton. Color-wise, think soft, pastel shades or vibrant, floral prints. Gentlemen, a light colored suit or blazer would be an ideal option. IMPORTANT REMINDER: The bridesmaids will be in a light pastel pink floor-length dress. The groomsmen will be in a light tan suit with a white undershirt. The groom will be in a light blue suit and the bride will be in a white dress, of course. We kindly ask you to wear something that will allow for the bridal party to stand out. We appreciate your understanding.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be a combination of indoors and outdoors. The ceremony will be outdoors followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. There will be a covered space with seating during cocktail hour, but it is still considered an outdoor space. The reception will be indoors with large ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking for everyone. Continue down Tobacco Road until you reach Happy Tails Lane. Turn here. In just a short distance, you will find the main entrance on the right. Continue down the path until you find the parking lot. After parking you will see a walk way on the right. Ceremony and reception are at the same location!

What is the cell phone policy?
Answer
We politely ask all guests to have their cell phones off during the ceremony portion of the wedding. We are thrilled to be sharing one of the most precious moments of our lives with you. We ask that you be fully present during the ceremony portion of the day and enjoy the beautiful moment with us. Also, please no cameras during the ceremony. We have a photographer and we promise to share the photos with you after. With that being said, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like during the cocktail hour and reception! We would love to see the photos you take.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
We can't wait to celebrate with and host you for dinner. We have opted for a cash bar. If you wish to participate in beverages throughout the night, please bring a credit card or cash to enjoy bar service. Can I bring my children or a plus one?

Given our planned resources, we have decided to limit the number of guests. Due to this, we kindly ask you to follow your guest allotment on your formal invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
There are plenty of hotels in the area. Below is a list of a few hotels near the venue. That said, we do understand guests will be traveling from various areas and may have their own preferences.
