What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

November is still peak season in Charleston, SC. Daily high average temperature in the low to mid 70's and the daily low average is 56. Sunet will be at 6:26 PM. We will have some blankets if you need one. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoor.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive between 3:15-3:30pm. The ceremony will start at 4pm.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both are taking place at the Island House.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour area where we will be serving appetizers and beverages.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is on site and is free. You can leave your car overnight if needed. Cars left overnight must be picked up at 10am Saturday morning.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have included everyones significant others or a plus one. When you RSVP you will see a spot to RSVP for them as well. If you have any issues please let us know and we will handle it on our end.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVP deadline is Tuesday, 10.04.2022. You will RSVP online, scan your QR code and it will take you directly there.

Please see our registery on here. We will have a gift and card table at the reception.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #harkeyeverafter so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer
