BY WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP either way no later than October 15th to help provide an accurate headcount to our vendors and venue.

BY WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK A HOTEL?

Answer

If you are choosing to stay in our hotel room block, the last day to book at the discounted rate will be October 22nd. As rooms run out in the block we will continue to add more, however, are not guaranteed availability for these requests. As such, we recommended booking your hotel in the block as soon as you are able. If you are choosing to stay outside of the block or at another hotel, it is entirely up to you and your preference.

WHAT DOES COCKTAIL ATTIRE MEAN AND INCLUDE?

Answer

Women - feel free to wear an evening gown, cocktail dress, jumpsuit or pantsuit Men - feel free to wear a suit or dinner jacket No matter what you wear, make sure it is something that makes you feel confident and ready to party!

ARE THERE ANY COLORS TO AVOID WEARING?

Answer

Try to avoid white or off-white, but nothing besides that! If you personally prefer to avoid wearing the bridal party color, they will be wearing shades of sage green.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM - please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to park, locate the room and take your seat. Once the ceremony begins, entrance to the ballroom will not be granted until the ceremony is complete.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one then they will be listed when you RSVP.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

Your individual RSVP will include the names of any children that are invited - please refer to it for specifics.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Drinks on us! Guests will be able to order a signature cocktail, liquor, beer or wine.

CAN I SHARE PICTURES ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

We will be asking that guests put their phones away & on silent during the ceremony - aside from that, we would love for you to share any pictures you capture from our day!
