"I do" 2022

We first met in Greensboro, North Carolina through a mutual friend at an orthopedic party called "Crisis." We started to fall hard over St. Patty's day weekend, 2019. The weekend was full of bar crawls, Piotr's first concert, and an impromptu plane ride. Over a homemade quiet brunch on the deck, after the crazy weekend's events, we simultaneously had the epiphany of "I really enjoy spending time and doing life with this person... and still want more." That was truly "the beginning of the end" as they say! We fiiiiiinally became an "official" couple after some "friend" introductions at a birthday party prompted Piotr to take action. Our first of many international trips was to Mexico for our friend's wedding, which coincided with our first "I Love You's." We have not looked back since! We became engaged on NYE, 2021, at Champagne Beach on the nature island of Dominica, in the Lesser Antilles. We had hiked the dense tropical mountains all day, and snorkeled through the volcanic rocks famous "champagne bubbles" that evening. He got down on one knee, somehow, amongst the ocean waves on a rock at sunset.... it could not have been more perfect. With numerous stamps on our passports, and countless adventures experienced together, we have only grown closer and more determined to journey this path of life as one. We are excited to create a lifetime full of adventures and stories with our friends and families. Thank you SO much for supporting us over the years, and joining us as we start this next chapter!
