Nick had just transitioned to the highschool where Kayla and Nick met, and Jamie was one of the first friends he made during that turbulent time. They were there for each other through whatever drama or life events unfolded and became as close to siblings as you could get. As Nick recalls, it was Jamie who told him "Just do it, dude!" when he was considering the whole "prom" thing with Kayla.

Kayla met Jess through their high school swim team. As lane partners they have always pushed each other to be the best that they could. This held true even after graduation. Jess excelled during her time in the United States Marine Corps. and is now pursuing her new career and Kayla couldn't be more proud. Even after all of her travels Jess has made time to cheer Kayla on through Nursing school and her first Nursing Job. Even though life has taken them different direction, Jess has always been there for positivity and encouragement We love you and are so glad you can share this day with us

Tommy and Nick worked together on the ambulance, and Tommy was one of Nick's partners as he became a senior. Tommy has been moving up in the world, after completing the police academy and becoming a Public Safety Officer, Tommy has Nick's back on scene in different ways. Definitely someone Nick wanted by his side during this big day!

Team Honesty Player 1 Kayla and Emily have been friends since college orientation. She has helped Kayla get through college; between the hospital runs, The constant dorm rearranging, the practice IV starts and even the homesickness, Emily had become Kayla's chosen family. She even called Kayla her BEST friend that one time. Thank you Emily for sticking by the crazy

Steven and Nick worked a fun shift bid together on one of the busiest cars in Jackson. Despite the fast-paced work life, they managed to find time to geek out and have a blast. Steven helps bring out the dorky fun child in Nick as they'd play video games and talk Dungeon's and Dragons at work. Steven's got a family of his own that he passionately shares the hobbies with too!

Kayla met Ashley on their Highschool Swim team. Ashley and Kayla have shared so many memories together. Ashley was there when Kayla made county cuts for swim, she helped Kayla pass her Drivers test , They've traveled together and Kayla stood by Ashley's side when she married the love of her life, Joe. This cutie is responsible for bringing Nick and Kayla together. Thank You Ashley for connecting me with my bestfriend!!
Brady Surque

Brady is a Firefighter and EMT who worked with Nick on various scenes. He's finishing up his own Paramedic classes, and couldn't be a better fit for the field. Brady is that "go-to" guy for everyone, and is always the first one to step up if you are in need. He didn't need a second thought when Nick asked him to stand in the wedding, and Nick couldn't be happier having his support.

Team Honesty Player 2 Adopted by Kayla and Emily during junior year. Kate has always brought excitement to the group. Nothing is more bonding than late night hospital visits or a disrupting Nerf gun wars that occur at 12am ( could have been 9pm but either way lol). This Nerf gun sniper is secretly a softie that will always be my bonus little sister.

This loud, up-and-coming EMT is Nick's current partner, and has lead many crazy antics and shenanigans at the station. Colby is an epic gamer and a high energy handful, but is always on point and quick to react on scene. He's everything you'd imagine when you envision someone driving lights and sirens to the hospital, choice words and all. Nick wanted a hype man, and he picked a guy with enough energy to do it.
Kait Montone

Kait was Kayla's Big Sister in her college sorority, and had kept that title even after graduation. Kait has been Kayla's role model from the beginning. She helped Kayla stay on track in school with designated study dates that included Hot apple cider (or it was just a bribe lol). Kait has always taught Kayla that it's important to choose your own path, and be unapologetically yourself. Kait even took on the big sister role of approving Nick. After a few games of D&D, Nick hopefully passed her expectations. We Love you Kait, Thank you for always looking out for me. Can't wait to see you on our day.

Dan is one of the few people who can actually say he's worked with both Nick and Kayla! Dan worked with Nick as a Paramedic before transitioning his life to the upper peninsula. While Kayla was at school, she chose to do an EMS ride along at a local EMS agency, little did she know she would meet one of Nick's old coworkers and a good friend.
