FAQs

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is September 15th, 2026. If you know ahead of time that you won’t be able to join us, we’d be so grateful if you could let us know early—this allows us to plan thoughtfully and share our celebration with others.

Question

When should we book our travel?

Answer

This is very busy this time of year in St Augustine and hotel availability can be limited. We strongly recommend booking your travel and accommodations as early as possible.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we’re unable to accommodate plus ones for every guest. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be clearly indicated on your RSVP.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we absolutely love your little ones, we’ve made the decision to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. When considering the total guest count, we weren’t able to include children, and we hope you’ll enjoy this as an opportunity for a fun, kid-free night out.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

St. Augustine has two main areas we recommend, depending on the experience you’re looking for: Downtown St. Augustine (Historic District) Staying downtown puts you in the heart of the city—walkable to restaurants, bars, shops, historic sites, and Night of Lights displays. All wedding events will take place in the Historic Downtown area, making this the most convenient option for getting to and from events. Vilano Beach (Beach Area) Vilano Beach offers a quieter, more laid-back, coastal atmosphere with easy beach access. It’s about a 10–15 minute drive or Uber to Historic Downtown and is a great option if you’re looking for a peaceful beach stay while still being close to the celebrations. Please note that the Night of Lights opening ceremony takes place the day of our wedding, and there may be road closures or increased traffic in and around Historic Downtown. We recommend allowing extra travel time or staying downtown if you prefer to be within walking distance of events.

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We will not be offering a hotel block. However, we’ve listed several recommended hotels in the Travel section of our website. There are also many Airbnb and short-term rental options nearby. Our venue is located in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine, so staying close is encouraged.
