Is there a dress code?

For the ceremony, please note that it will take place in a Catholic Church, which asks that women’s shoulders be covered. Strapless dresses or uncovered shoulders are welcome with a shawl, jacket, or similar covering.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure a timely start.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! You’ll find a link to our hotel room block under the “Travel” tab, along with a few additional nearby hotel options if you prefer to stay elsewhere.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! For the ceremony, the church offers free street parking as well as a designated parking lot. The Morehead Inn also has a complimentary parking lot located across the street.

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request no children.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors, followed by a cocktail hour with both indoor and outdoor areas. The rest of the reception will be held indoors, with optional outdoor seating and lounge space available.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! In addition to a meat option, a vegetarian entrée will be available. Please let the bride or groom know of any allergies or dietary needs.
