- Now officially in English called Czechia they use the Czech Crown (Koruna in Czech). The conversion rate is about 1 USD to 24 CZK. You can convert cash at your bank in America or get cash when you arrive. Check which one of your credit cards has foreign transaction fees so you do not accidentally pay more for everything. - People here speak Czech a slavic language I recommend downloading google translate to help you get around. I also recommend downloading google maps it is more accurate in Europe than apple maps.
