Kayla and I met in 2019 at Gymkana Blue Salon when she started doing my hair, and our friendship quickly moved outside of the salon. Before I knew it, she moved in with my roommates and me, turning our house into a full blown chaos crew. Shortly after, she started bringing around Lucas, who very naturally became the perfect addition to our already wild household. Some of my favorite memories are our tea time chats in the speakeasy, usually after a night out and always full of laughs. Kayla has been by my side through some of the hardest moments of my life, and I will forever be grateful for her love and support. I feel incredibly lucky to call her one of my best friends and cannot wait to marry Kayla and Lucas in California.

I met Kayla back in 2004 in Mr. Rominesās fifth-grade class and immediately thought she was the coolestāwith her pixie cut and flip phone. We were inseparable through school and even lived together in Santa Cruz and San Diego. Life has taken us to different parts of the country, but she has always remained loyal, witty, and endlessly supportive. She is the friend everyone wishes they had, and I couldnāt be happier to celebrate her marrying Lucas, the love of her life!

Hey, my name is Joe! I have known Lucas for about 25 years now. He is like a brother to me and part of the family. I remember the first time we met, it was at a after school event called ccd. That's where we first hit it off and became best friends. And we have been best friends ever since. We have done pretty much everything together. From playing video games, to riding dirtbikes, or just plain chilling. It is always a great time when we are together. And I'm ready for more fun times!
