Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We have made an allotted room block at the Hotel Anthracite located in Carbondale, PA. Please refer to the travel section of our website for details on how to book.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out — you deserve it!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
We would love for you to join us at our Welcome Party at Wanderlust Beer Garden in Easton, PA on Thursday, August 27th. Please also join us for the After Party at the Hotel Anthracite occurring right after the wedding on Saturday, August 29th.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation or RSVP—if a guest is included, their name will appear. We appreciate your understanding as we are keeping things intimate.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will be held at The Venue at Carley Brook (448 Carley Brook Rd, Honesdale, PA 18431).

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes! Parking is available at The Venue at Carley Brook (448 Carley Brook Rd, Honesdale, PA 18431). All cars must be out of the parking lot by 10:00AM the morning after the wedding (August 30th).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We intend for the ceremony and cocktail hour to occur outdoors and the reception will be indoors; however, we do have a back up plan that is fully indoors in the event of inclement weather. Please dress accordingly and check the weather forecast!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask our guests to join us in dressing to impress for our special day. Formal attire is requested suits and ties for gentlemen, and evening dresses or gowns for ladies. Think classic, elegant, and celebration-ready!

Will there be transportation provided?
Answer
Yes, shuttles will be available between the hotel and venue. The shuttle will pick guests up at the Hotel Anthracite at 3:45pm to go to the venue. The shuttle will be back to pick up guests at the venue after the reception at 10:30pm to transport everyone back to Hotel Anthracite (where the after party will be held).

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Therefore, please plan accordingly to this timeframe. Guests are permitted to start arriving at 4:00pm.
