All guest are required to wear formal ALL BLACK attire. Formal dress code for women includes, floor length gowns, tea-length and midi dresses. Please keep in mind that we are having a winter New Orleans wedding. While we don’t know what the weather will look like, plan accordingly. For men this includes suits and tuxes. NO JEANS
Our ceremony will begin punctually at 7 o’clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 6:50pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony. Gates and doors will be closed at 6:50pm and no one will be allowed in until after our ceremony is complete.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate family and friends who are formally invited by the brides directly. If you invited a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and receptions an adults-only event. With the exception of the brides nieces and nephews. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night. No children will be allowed. And please respect our wishes!
Our Ceremony and Reception will be held in the courtyard outside. In the event of rain showers, the venue has a back up plan to cover the area. Our wedding is also a winter wedding and if needed area warmers will be placed to warm the venue.
Our ceremony will be an “unplugged” ceremony. (No phones or cameras) The greatest gift you can give us is to fully be present as we say “I Do”. We have hired professionals to capture the moment for us. We promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, our guest will then be able to capture the moments and upload to a cloud for us to view the night.
Please kindly RSVP by September 30th. If plans change please let us know by November 30th.
